Eagles of Death Metal cancels European tour

Eagles of Death Metal was playing at the Bataclan music hall in Paris when it was attacked by terrorists Friday.

About 89 people, including the band's merchandise manager, were killed in the concert hall.

The Eagles of Death Metal have cancelled the rest of their European tour and returned to the United States.

The music venue now known as Le Bataclan was constructed in 1864 and started hosting rock shows in the 1970s. Many major artists, including Prince, have played there.
