A Hennepin County judge on Wednesday reduced bail for another of the four men charged in connection with shooting Black Lives Matter demonstrators.

Judge Hilary Caligiuri reduced bond for 21-year-old Nathan Gustavsson from $250,000 to $100,000. The alleged shooter, 23-year-old Lance Scarsella of Lakeville, remains jailed on a $500,000 bond. He faces felony rioting and assault charges.

Five African-American men suffered serious to non-life-threatening injuries in the Nov. 23 shooting near the 4th Precinct police headquarters in north Minneapolis.

Gustavsson is charged with one count of felony armed rioting. Two other men allegedly with him that night — Joseph Backman and Daniel Macey — also face the same charge and are out of jail on bond.

Caligiuri lowered Macey's bond last month.
