A group made up of state lawmakers, historians and others is considering where to place works of art inside the renovated Capitol building when it reopens in 2017. 

One of the questions the group is considering is what to do with four paintings that depict Native Americans, paintings that have stirred up some controversy.

Tom Weber checked in with three committee members on what progress they've made over the past several months, and what sticking points remain: Bemidji State Ojibwe Professor Anton Treuer, State Rep. Dianne Loeffler (DFL-Minneapolis), and State Rep. Dean Urdahl (R-Grove City).
