Man shot on University Avenue in St. Paul
A man was shot Monday night in St. Paul at the intersection of University Avenue and Victoria Street, police said.
Police arrived to find the man lying in a parking lot in the city's East Midway neighborhood.
The man suffered two gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital, according to police.
Police say the shooting does not appear to be random. No one is in custody.
