NFL draft: Vikings pick a receiver in Thursday night's first round

The Minnesota Vikings drafted wide receiver Laquon Treadwell in the first round of the 2016 NFL football draft Thursday night. He was the 23rd pick overall.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Howard Sinker, a digital sports editor for the Star Tribune, about Treadwell and what he brings to the team. Sinker also weighs in on North Dakota State University quarterback Carson Wentz, who went second overall to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Rounds two and three of the draft continue Friday night in Chicago.
