Surly Brewery's concert space debuts two very different bands

Today's Morning Edition feature is from Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros with "Free Stuff." It's a song off their latest album which came out last month.

The popular indie-folk ensemble will perform a sold-out show tonight outside Surly Brewery in Minneapolis. This is the first music event at the brewery's Festival Field concert space, a grassy area with a capacity of 4,000 people.

Tonight's opening act will have a far different sound. It's the New Orleans-based Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
