He's one of over 40 artists who be performing at the Midwest's biggest hip-hop festival: Soundset. It's happening on Sunday at the Minnesota State fairgrounds. .Paak is a rising star on the hip-hop scene. His music was featured prominently on Dr. Dre's 2015 album "Compton."
