There will be no federal civil rights charges against two Minneapolis police officers for the shooting death of Jamar Clark last November, prosecutors said on Wednesday.

The prosecutors said an "extensive investigation" didn't offer sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the officers "willfully violated" his civil rights.

Minneapolis police union president Lt. Bob Kroll and Nekima Levy-Pounds joined MPR News host Tom Crann to talk about the decision as well as race and policing in Minneapolis.

Levy-Pounds and Kroll also discussed Kroll's comments on Wednesday in which he said some consider Black Lives Matter as a "terrorist organization."
