Minnesota's air quality: What you need to know

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has issued a few air quality warnings already for 2016, which means that pollution levels in the air are increased to such a point that sensitive groups may have trouble breathing. Even people who are otherwise healthy may experience difficulty breathing during the warning periods.
