Today's Morning Edition music is from a pair of musicians.

The first is bluegrass legend Ralph Stanley with "Will the Circle Be Unbroken." A funeral service for Stanley, who died Thursday at age 89, will be held Tuesday in the Virginia mountains where his annual bluegrass festival takes place. It's open to the public.

Also passing last week was Bernie Worrell. He was a founding member of the funk and soul collective Parliament/Funkadelic. His keyboard playing and composing were a crucial part of the P-Funk sound. Worrell died Friday at the age of 72.
