A day after meetings in London and Brussels, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry gave a speech at the Aspen Ideas Festival.

He told the audience the U.S. is more engaged in more places with greater impact than any time in US history. But many people in many places around the world feel they're being left behind, and are turning to narrow-minded tribalism and aggressive nationalism.

After his speech he was interviewed by Aspen Institute president and CEO Walter Isaacson.

Recorded in Aspen, Colorado on June 28, 2016.
