MPR News host Tom Weber looked at the issue of police training and are Twin Cities police officers equipped to deal with diverse communities and crisis management. Bill Woodson Doctoral student, University of Minnesota and Michael Quinn, retired Minneapolis Police Sergeant , and Chair of Law Enforcement Advisory Board, Inver Hills College want radical changes to police training. They believe that adding crisis intervention training will not only save lives but will reduce the numbers of police officers who experience high level of stress and trauma.  7/12/16
