Former U.S. attorney discusses legal questions surrounding Philando Castile's death

Ramsey County Attorney John Choi has said that he has not yet decided whether his office, or a grand jury, will determine if officers should be charged in the fatal shooting of Philando Castile.

Meanwhile, the family of Philando Castile has vowed to pursue a civil lawsuit over Castile's death at the hands of a St. Anthony police officer.

Tom Weber talked with former U.S. Attorney Thomas Heffelfinger about the legal future of this case.
