Minnesota delegation among those that initially urged GOP rule change

It's day two of the Republican National Convention.
There were some first-day fireworks Monday involving delegates cool toward Donald Trump, including some from Minnesota.
But by prime time, convention speakers concentrated on national security themes and delegates got to see their nominee as Trump introduced his wife, Melania.
