The Democratic National Convention got off to a raucous start in Philadelphia as Sen. Bernie Sanders' supporters, including most of the Minnesota delegation, made their presence known in the arena where Hillary Clinton will be formally nominated this week.

Sanders addressed the convention Monday night and urged support for Clinton.

Two other prominent Minnesotans also took the stage.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with reporter Mark Zdechlik, who's at the hotel where the Minnesotans are staying just outside the City of Brotherly Love.
