A West Fargo man is hospitalized with a bullet wound to the head and his wife is dead after an apparent argument at a mobile home.

KFGO radio reports that police were called to the home about 9 p.m. Sunday. Detective Lt. Greg Warren says it appears a 55-year-old man fatally shot his wife and then shot himself. His condition hasn't been released.

Authorities believe the couple were separated and that the 45-year-old woman had been living in Fargo.
