The difference between those who vote and those who don't

According to the New York Times, for every 10 U.S. adults, 6 vote and 4 don't. Rob Griffin, senior policy anayst at the Center for American Progress, and Jan Leighley, professor and author of "Who Votes Now?: Demographics, Issues, Inequality, and Turnout in the United States," explained to MPR News host Kerri Miller who is voting, who isn't, and what divides them.
