US Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack is the only remaining member of President Obama's original cabinet. He speaks at the National Press Club about rural issues, farming, economic development in small towns, and trade with Cuba. Vilsack is former governor of Iowa and leads the President's Rural Task Force to fight heroin use in rural communities.
