MPR's Phil Picardi spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about average temperatures in Minnesota that are up to 10 degrees above normal in some areas.

It continues a trend for 2016.

Seeley also talks about the Twin Cities approaching the longest growing season on record.
