Police officers almost never face charges for using deadly force. But Jeronimo Yanez will do so.
He's expected to appear in court for the first time Friday after being charged with three felony counts for shooting and killing Philando Castile this past July.
His girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds, documented his final minutes using Facebook Live, drawing national attention to his death and inspiring weeks of protests.
