The Crossroads Center mall in St. Cloud was on lockdown for about two hours Thursday night.

After a search of the mall turned up empty, police said, and they lifted the lockdown around 8:30 p.m.

Officials said they're still investigating.

Police said they were searching for two men, one of who may have had a gun.

A a couple reported that two men approached them and one lifted his shirt revealing a gun tucked in his waistband, police said.

The weapon wasn't pointed at them, nor were any threats made, according to police.

The mall was the scene of a knife attack in September.
