Today's Morning Edition music is from the International Mass Band playing the song "Summon the Heroes" at a ceremony Wednesday in Hawaii marking the 75th anniversary of Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.

The band was made up of about a thousand players from the U.S. and Japan. It included 83 members of the KMS Marching Saints band, representing Kerkhoven, Murdock and Sunburg, which hails from just outside Willmar, Minn.

That band is an eight-time Class A state champion. Students, parents and others raised almost $200,000 so everyone could go. They wore red Hawaiian shirts in the ceremony, which took place aboard the USS Missouri.
