Today's Morning Edition music is from the McNasty Brass Band with "Party Bus," a track from their first full-length album which came out earlier this year. 

The Twin Cities-based band is made up of horn players and percussionists who spend most of their time playing as sidemen in other groups. The McNasty Brass Band is an opportunity for the musicians to show off their original compositions front and center. 

They draw heavily on the sounds of New Orleans jazz, and Tuesday night they will be part of a special Fat Tuesday celebration at the Turf Club in St. Paul.
