Notorious B.I.G's death still unsolved

Today's Morning Edition music is from Notorious B.I.G with "Hypnotize." Twenty years ago, he was killed in a drive-by shooting while leaving a party in Los Angeles. The rapper, also known as Biggie Smalls, was just 24 years old.
The shooting happened six months after Tupac Shakur died under similar circumstances. Both shootings remain unsolved.
This song is from the double album "Life After Death," which was released 16 days after the Notorious B.I.G was killed. It is one of the best-selling rap albums of all time.
