Mobile home park case could have implications statewide

Residents of a Burnsville mobile home park are a part of a ruling that could impact the rest of the state.

In February, a district judge said that the city violated residents' rights when it cited them for things like awnings and visible garbage cans.

Burnsville's attorney, Paul Reuvers, and the resident's attorney, Valerie Sims, discussed the findings and the ramifications for housing laws elsewhere in Minnesota.
