In February, a district judge said that the city violated residents' rights when it cited them for things like awnings and visible garbage cans.

A district judge recently ruled in the favor of residents at a mobile home park in Burnsville. The ruling said that the city violated the rights of the residents by citing them for issues like awnings and visible trash. Two guests discussed the ramifications of this ruling throughout the state.
