Hill is celebrating her 42nd birthday today. On Sunday she is scheduled to perform at the Soundset music festival on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. Only "scheduled" because Hill has a reputation for missing shows and disappointing her fans. 

After becoming one of the most celebrated hip hop artists of the 1990s, Hill disappeared from the public eye for a decade. In 2013, she spent three months in prison for tax evasion. So fans will have to wait and see what happens on Sunday.
