Listen: An update on the trial of Jeronimo Yanez
74 Seconds podcast producer Tracy Mumford spoke to guest host Marianne Combs about the latest in the trial of St. Anthony Police Officer Jeronimo Yanez.
Yanez is charged with manslaughter for fatally shooting Philando Castile at a traffic stop in Falcon Heights last July.
The jury is selected and opening statements were given. Included in those statements was unseen video footage of the shooting. Mumford discussed the video and the testimony given by Castile's girlfriend, Diamond Reynolds.
