A former chief aide to President Obama, Rahm Emanuel has been Chicago's mayor since 2011. He spoke at the National Press Club in Washington, June 20, 2017, about all the problems facing America's big cities, and suggested ways to solve these problems. He focused on education, crime, race relations and other major concerns.
