Time's Up: Legal options for harassment survivors

A recent national survey from the nonprofit Stop Street Harassment found that 81 percent of women had experienced some form of sexual harassment during their lifetime. But so few of those women have sought legal recourse. The National Women's Law Center is looking to change that.

The Time's Up legal defense fund - administered by the National Women's Law Center - is for women looking to take legal action against workplace harassment.

EEOC Commissioner Chai Feldblum and NWLC Director of Workplace Equality, Maya Raghu talked about the legal options available to survivors of harassment.
