Little Caesars is giving away free pizza after 'crazy' NCAA upset

Lunch is on Little Caesar's today. You can thank the Retrievers of University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Last month during the first round of the NCAA men's basketball tournament, Little Caesar's tweeted this offer:

UMBC rose to the challenge. They became the first No. 16 seed to beat a No. 1 seed in men's NCAA tournament history when they routed Virginia 74-54.

And that's how America is getting free pizza Monday when the tournament wraps up. Michigan and Villanova will play for the men's national title Monday night.

Last month, the St. Paul Saints had to make good on a similar Twitter contest worth $10,000 after the historic upset.

Curt McKay of Centerville was the lucky winner out 16,000 in that contest.
