Less than one-fourth of Americans are meeting their the recommended fitness goals, but a new exercise research found that all you need is 150 minutes a week to be active.

The Health & Human Services-appointed committee concluded a study that you don't need hours-long workouts to see the benefits of exercise. If you can get your exercise in small increments, you'll be making a difference in your overall health
