Companies are developing new technologies to monitor and predict Web browsing behavior. Companies will target ads that reflect choices and existence of computer uses, which will prove seductive for some. Yahoo recently announced developing "Smart Ads," tools for online advertising aimed at targeting consumers based on their Web searches.
