The Republican National Convention is starting to get back on track today. President Bush will make a speech to delegates in St Paul via satellite from the White House after assessing damage from Hurricane Gustav along the Gulf Coast.

Now, St. Paul and Minneapolis may get the national and international attention they were expecting.
