Four tornadoes were reported to the Storm Prediction Center on a very active severe weather day on Tuesday.  Multiple fatalities occurred with one of the tornadoes in Oklahoma.

Heavy rains, large hail and damaging wind storms accompanied a combination of a warm front and a dry slot moving east out Texas and Oklahoma.
