Twenty-two-year-old Elaine Martha Velasquez pleaded guilty to one count of criminal vehicular operation on Tuesday.
The baby suffered a scratch to his forehead but was not seriously injured on May 6 when his unbuckled car seat flew out the door as Velasquez made a turn.
