St. Paul Police looking for disabled woman's van

Police in St. Paul are asking for the public's help to find the van a woman uses to drive to medical appointments three times a week.

The van, which is equipped for the woman's wheelchair, was stolen from a parking area near the Xcel Energy Center in downtown St. Paul around noon on Saturday, police said.

The van is a 2007 silver Chrysler Town and Country, with Minnesota license plate VGN 691.

Police Sgt. Paul Schnell said the woman who owns the van is awaiting a kidney transplant and had used the van to drive to dialysis appointments.
