Shutdown: three budget bills down, six more to go

It's day 19 of the State government shutdown and there's still no word about when Governor Mark Dayton will call a special session to finally pass a state budget.

Republican lawmakers and the Governor's staff have been working since Friday to clarify the details of a budget agreement. That work is apparently going slowly, and it's been going on in a Capitol building that has, until this morning, been closed to the public.

But reporter Tom Scheck has been there keeping an eye on things, and he spoke to MPR's Cathy Wurzer about the progress made, and why things are taking so long.
