According to the complaint, Storms pulled alongside the other car and held a pistol up against the driver's window of his vehicle.

The complaint says Storms continued to follow the other vehicle until a state trooper pulled him over during a traffic stop.

Storms remained in the Stearns County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
