After months of debate and years of anticipation, state lawmakers are finally poised to vote on a bill to build a new Vikings stadium. The Minnesota House is expected to hold a marathon debate on the bill today, and the conclusion of 2012 session appears to be right around the corner. But there are some other unresolved issues.
