Boater found dead on Forest Lake
FOREST LAKE, Minn. (AP) -- A missing boater on Forest Lake in Washington County has been found.
Searchers located the body of 51-year-old Tod Crawford Thursday about a half a mile from where a pontoon boat was found on Monday.
The Forest Lake Police Department was notified of a dog found swimming unattended in the lake Monday afternoon. An unoccupied pontoon boat was found drifting.
KARE-TV reports Washington County Sheriff's Water Patrol, Minnesota State Patrol Aircraft and the Forest Lake Fire Department helped in the search.
