Biden to campaign in Mpls., Rochester

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Vice President Joe Biden is planning campaign stops next week in Minneapolis and Rochester.

Biden will be at The Depot hotel in Minneapolis at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Later that day he'll be at the Olmsted County Fairgrounds in Rochester for a 4:30 p.m. event.

Free tickets for both events will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting Saturday afternoon. Details are available online.

Biden last appeared in Minnesota in April, when he stopped by an event in Minneapolis to give Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar a fundraising lift. That event was open only to people giving between $125 and $10,000.
