Ultralight aircraft crash injures two

WANAMINGO, Minn. (AP) -- Two people are injured after the crash of an ultralight plane near Wanamingo.

According to the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office, the aircraft crashed into a corn field after takeoff Sunday evening. The two aboard were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Post-Bulletin of Rochester reports the Federal Aviation Administration is investigating.
