Health insurance exchange legislation no longer has bipartisan support

The Minnesota House and Senate are set to vote this week on legislation that creates a state health insurance exchange.

But what was once touted as a bipartisan effort to help consumers shop for health coverage appears now to have little if any support from Republicans. Partisan fallout continues from last week's economic forecast, and policy bills are facing a critical deadline.

Capitol reporter Tim Pugmire talked with Morning Edition host Cathy Wuzrer about the week ahead at the Capitol.
