Buffaloes trample 2 boys in western Minn.

Authorities in western Minnesota say buffaloes trampled two young boys who wandered into a fenced-in area.

The Otter Tail County sheriff's office says the boys, both age 3, wandered Friday from their Battle Lake home into a secure area where the buffaloes were being kept.

The boys' mother found the children, but not before the boys were trampled by several of the buffaloes.

The condition of the boys is not known. Arrangements were being made to airlift one of the boys to Fargo, N.D.
