Car hits, kills, 2-year-old boy in Corcoran
A 2-year-old has been struck and killed by a vehicle in Corcoran.
The Hennepin County Sheriff's office said they responded to a call in the 7800 block of Maple Hills Road of a child being hit by a car. Police found out the boy had been struck in the street and that family members took him from the scene.
Authorities say the boy was pronounced dead at the Maple Grove Hospital, where the family had gone. The incident remains under investigation.
