New ethanol plants to make fuel from 'biomass'

Workers in Emmetsburg, Iowa are finishing construction of one of the nation's first cellulosic ethanol plants. The POET-DSM facility is scheduled to begin making the fuel from corn stalks, husks and cobs in early 2014.
