At the South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Texas Lady Gaga will deliver the keynote address today.  She is the youngest person and first woman to have that honor.  Meanwhile, three people are still in critical condition from injuries sustained after a car drove through a crowd of concert-goers yesterday morning. Two people were killed, and many others were hurt.  The driver is in custody.
