The number of teens smoking cigarettes has sharply declined in Minnesota, but the number smoking e-cigarettes is on the rise.

In this episode, host Tom Crann and Dr. Jon Hallberg discuss the findings of the state health departments's annual Minnesota Youth Tobacco Survey.

They'll also talk about why nicotine is so addictive, and whether e-cigs are a good substitute for tobacco cigarettes.
