It's undeniable that Minnesota today is seeing the effects of a warming climate. That might seem contradictory after one of the coolest Novembers in Minnesota history and just one year after the polar vortex froze us to the bone. Facts, research and more than a century of data show Minnesota has warmed by about two degrees in some places and is seeing more destructive downpours.
