In an appearance at Georgetown University, FBI director James Comey talked about the complicated relationship between law enforcement and the communities they serve and protect. He said police must understand deep in their gut how others see them, and how THEY see other people. The FBI chief urged all of us to overcome our unconscious racial biases.
